EAS is a customized executive appointment program. Whether you are looking for representatives, distributors, government contacts, licensing, or joint venture partners, the EAS will identify the right contacts to fit your business development needs. We arrange appointments for you with prescreened contacts whose interests and objectives match your own.

EAS includes customized market and industry briefing prior to your departure. A debriefing to discuss the results of your meetings and appropriate follow-up strategies is included in the program.

Upon your request USACC will organize a meeting program and logistical support including airport transfers, discounts at selected hotels, experienced interpreters and car/driver. The first day is billed at USD200 and USD150 is charged for each additional service day. Driver and interpreter, VIP airport transfer, etc. services are arranged, but will be paid separately. Current rates for these services are as follows:

• Car/Driver
  $10 per hour (business days, between 9am-6pm)
  $15 per hour (before 9am or after 6pm, or weekends)
• Interpreter
  $15 per hour (business days, between 9am-6pm)
  $20 per hour (before 9am or after 6pm, and weekends)
• VIP Airport Transit
  $70 each way

We will also facilitate issuance of an Azerbaijani visa during your visit. In order to prepare a quality executive appointment program, USACC requests two weeks advance notice prior to the planned service dates.
