James Hogan is the Managing Partner of the Salans Baku office. Mr. Hogan is an international lawyer with over 25 years of experience. He was admitted to the District of Columbia bar in 1984 and the Paris bar in 1992. He is a member of the Boards of the International Tax & Investment Centre (ITIC) and the France-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce and is listed in Who's Who Legal - Oil & Gas. He speaks English, Russian, and French.
