Black Sea Trade and Development Bank to fund a Glass Factory Project in Baku
Azernews - The Board of Directors of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank headquartered in Saloniki, Greece has approved a 5 year loan of Euro 5 million to Azerbaijan to build the Azershusha (Azerglass) factory.
Construction of the factory with the capacity of some 100 million glassware items a year will be financed jointly with the International Bank of Azerbaijan, a source from the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan said. The plant will meet the country's demand for glass products.
The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank was founded in 1996 by 11 countries, including Azerbaijan to promote regional trade and economic development.
