USACC Executive Director Natig Bakhishov spoke about business opportunities in Azerbaijan at the 16th Annual Silk Road Conference on September 17, 2021. The conference was a part of Silk Road Week from September 13-17 to promote bilateral business, trade, and investments in this region. The event was organized by the Central Asian Productivity Research Center (CAPRC) and co-sponsored by the Global Programs, College of Business, and Northern Illinois University.
