Baku Stock Exchange Joins the USACC Membership

The U.S.-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (USACC) has welcomed the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) as a new Regular Member, further strengthening the Chamber’s engagement with Azerbaijan’s financial sector.

Established in 2000, the Baku Stock Exchange is Azerbaijan’s principal securities marketplace, providing a regulated platform for trading equities, government and corporate bonds, and money-market instruments. The exchange plays a central role in supporting capital formation and debt financing, while contributing to the development and modernization of the country’s capital markets.

For U.S. and international investors, the BSE serves as a key entry point into Azerbaijan’s financial markets, offering access to sovereign and corporate debt in an economy with expanding market depth and growing issuance activity.

As Azerbaijan’s capital markets continue to evolve, the Baku Stock Exchange is playing an increasingly important role in connecting issuers with long-term capital and supporting broader financial market development. USACC looks forward to working closely with the BSE to advance bilateral financial cooperation and investment opportunities.
